Tech Legion is a company that absolutely delivers on their promises. Since our company switched to working with them as our IT go-to, things have always been addressed efficiently and effectively. We rely on their sound advice, and completely trust them to guide us in our IT needs. The structure of their company is extremely well done, so that the service they provided (whether responding to something minor, or arranging major server work, etc.) appears seamless on the customer side. We've always gotten an answer and the help we need. I feel like our company is extremely well protected and following best practices under their care, in an age with constant cyber threats.

I initially left a pretty bad review. Admittedly I was having a bad day and the ease of contacting Rock Mountain Tech is not easy. So after getting the issue with my internet fixed, I'm amending my review. I still stand by that contacting Rock Mountain Tech is a nightmare. Getting anyone to acknowledge your existence and issues was unpleasant at best. I hope this as an outlier case. I am removing one star for the frustrations experienced while trying to get any amount of support. Once my case was escalated (probably because I was causing a fuss about the lack of contact) to who I presume is the head of support or a high level support agent and a phone call was established (emailing as the primary support method is just straight up bad practice in my opinion), we were able to resolve the issue. What started as me replacing a router ended up involving the tech at home base as well as a field tech in my home. They were both very informative and pleasant to talk to and were able to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. Would I recommend this company? I dunno yet. I'm still a little burned on the first impression the company gave. But because of the courteous and professional nature of the two techs I was working with, I will raise my initial one star review to a four star review. Let's just hope I don't need tech support for a very long time.
