Inside Our Weekly Friday Assembly at Tech Legion

At Tech Legion, Fridays mean more than a countdown to the weekend—they’re an opportunity to grow, connect, and sharpen our skills together. Every week, our team gathers for Friday Assembly—a name that gives a nod to Roman traditions and reflects our ongoing commitment to collaboration and continuous learning.

This month’s Assembly was all about problem-solving, iteration, and fun. In true Tech Legion style, we took to the “track” with a hands-on challenge: each pair of team members was tasked with designing and racing their own sail car. (Yes—sail cars!) There were wind gusts, unexpected turns, and some serious competition.

But the activity was more than just a race. It was a way to bring one of our core beliefs to life: growth happens when we’re willing to try, get feedback, and adapt. No one expected perfection from the first test run—and no one got it. That was the point. We observed, made changes, and improved with each pass down the track.

These Friday Assemblies are part of our Legion Code—our internal training that focuses on culture, values, and customer service. Whether we’re building sail cars or building better support systems for clients, the principles stay the same: collaborate, stay curious, and keep improving.

Because at the end of the day, our goal isn’t just to be good at what we do—it’s to keep getting better, together.
