At Tech Legion, our strength comes from our people—and we’re excited to introduce one of the newest members of our team: Ryan Finley, Support Engineer. Though Ryan just joined us on May 19, 2025, he’s already making an impact by helping our clients work smarter and more efficiently.
Finding His Way to Tech Legion
Ryan’s journey to Tech Legion started with a familiar name: Eric Montague. The two had worked together in the past, and when Ryan was looking for his next opportunity, he reached out to reconnect. What he found was a company with a strong reputation and a culture that aligned with his values.
“Eric had nothing but great things to say. After meeting Brody and Ethan and seeing how down-to-earth the culture was, I was sold.”
Ryan was drawn not only to the mission of Tech Legion but to the people behind it. “In my ten years in tech, I’ve seen companies grow and lose touch with what made them great. Tech Legion has been around for 15 years and hasn’t lost that care—for customers or employees.”
A Day in the Life
As a Support Engineer, Ryan helps manage and maintain infrastructure for our clients, ensuring systems stay healthy and people can get their work done without a hitch.
“I handle support tickets, phone calls, and troubleshooting. My goal is simple: to make people’s jobs easier.”
His passion for helping others shines through, and it’s clear he’s a strong fit for Tech Legion’s client-first mindset.
Life Outside the Office
When he’s not solving tech issues, Ryan is all about quality time—with his wife of five years and their two-and-a-half-year-old son.
“They’re my world. Everything I do is for them.”
He’s also a fan of camping, hunting, fishing, and just about anything outdoors. When he’s indoors, you might catch him playing a board game or video game.
And here’s a fun fact you probably wouldn’t guess: he can’t touch his own shoulders. Yep—he has slightly deformed elbows, making it physically impossible. (We told you our team is full of surprises.)
Looking Ahead
For Ryan, this year is all about connection and growth.
“After five years of working remotely, I’m looking forward to getting to know my team and collaborating in person again. It’s already been great being able to quickly bounce ideas around and learn from others.”
We’re thrilled to have Ryan on board and can’t wait to see all that he accomplishes in his role. Welcome to the team!
