At Tech Legion, we believe learning should be engaging, creative, and—yes—fun. That’s why we launched something brand new this year: the Techy Awards.
The Techy Awards give our team a chance to show off their creativity while contributing to something bigger—videos that help train new techs and support ongoing education for the entire Legion. Every employee had the opportunity to collaborate, submit their work, and put their unique spin on telling the Tech Legion story.
To keep things fair, we brought in an outside judge to evaluate the entries. Winners didn’t just walk away with bragging rights—they also earned cash prizes and a spot in our training library.
And the Winners Are…
- Educatio Award – For the best learning video, delivering clarity and insight in a way that makes training stick.
- Lepor Award – For the most humorous video, reminding us that laughter is one of the best tools for connection.
- Techy Award (Highest Honor) – Recognizing the video team that blended humor and education into something truly creative and unique.
This year, we celebrated our winners Ryan and Brody, who set the bar high with videos that were as informative as they were entertaining.
A Friday Assembly to Remember
The awards were revealed during our weekly Friday Assembly, where the entire team gathered to watch, learn, and laugh together. And because no celebration is complete without a touch of flair, we rolled out the red carpet—a true “Ted Carpet” event.
