Round-the-clock Sophos threat response, managed by the team 95% of our clients keep.

At 2 a.m., an alert on your server gets a Sophos analyst, not a ticket for morning. Sophos EDR records what happens on every workstation and server we manage, and Sophos's 24/7 MDR team investigates and contains active threats. Tech Legion deploys both and coordinates each incident with you.

See more than what antivirus blocked

EDR keeps a record of activity on each device, so an analyst can trace where a threat started and what it touched.

A person responds at any hour

Sophos MDR analysts work around the clock. They investigate alerts and can isolate a device while your office is closed.

One team coordinates the incident

Tech Legion handles the follow-up with you: what happened, what was contained and what to fix next.

How it works

Tell us what you run

Roughly how many workstations, laptops and servers. The form takes about a minute.

We deploy Sophos

We install Sophos EDR on your managed devices and turn on MDR monitoring and response.

Analysts watch, we coordinate

Sophos analysts monitor around the clock. When something happens, we coordinate the response and send you the threat report.

When it fits

Signs antivirus alone isn't enough anymore

  • Your insurer or a customer asks for endpoint detection and response
  • No one on staff watches security alerts at night or on weekends
  • You work in a regulated field that expects stronger endpoint protection
  • You run servers that can't sit compromised until Monday

Questions before you ask

Are the 24/7 analysts Tech Legion employees?

No. They are Sophos's MDR team. Tech Legion deploys the software, is your point of contact and coordinates each incident with you.

What can the analysts do without calling us first?

That is set in the response plan at setup. You can authorize Sophos to contain threats right away, or require a call before they act. We walk through the options with you.

Do we still need antivirus?

The Sophos agent includes endpoint protection, so most clients don't run a separate antivirus alongside it. We check what you have before anything is removed.

We have an IT person. Does this replace them?

No. It takes the overnight security watch off their plate. They stay in charge of your systems.

Does this guarantee we won't be breached?

No tool can. EDR and MDR shorten the time between an attack starting and someone acting on it.

Are we locked into a contract?

Ongoing service agreements begin after an initial period. We walk you through the terms before you sign anything.
