About Jaxon’s Role
Jaxon joined Tech Legion because of his passion for technology and problem-solving. Having known our founder, Jeremy, for years, he knew this was a company built on integrity, honesty, and hard work—values that align with his own.
A typical day for Jaxon starts early at 7:00 AM, diving straight into client support tickets. Whether working from the office or heading to onsite appointments, his day is filled with troubleshooting, improving security measures, and ensuring seamless IT operations for our clients. One of his key responsibilities is overseeing client backups, meticulously checking for any errors and resolving issues to ensure data security and reliability.
What Jaxon Enjoys Most
For Jaxon, the thrill of solving problems is what fuels his passion for IT. Tackling a tough challenge and finding a solution that leaves a client satisfied is what he enjoys most about his role. One project that stands out for him was taking on a new client whose network closet was in complete disarray. Wires were everywhere, and navigating through the space was nearly impossible. Jaxon took the lead in organizing and optimizing their setup, which not only improved their network performance but also enhanced their overall IT infrastructure.

Life Outside of Work
When he’s not solving IT puzzles, Jaxon has a wide range of hobbies. He’s an avid gamer, enjoys building computers, and is a dedicated tabletop RPG player (yes, that includes Dungeons & Dragons!). He also loves the great outdoors—camping, fishing, and hiking whenever he gets the chance.
A fun fact about Jaxon? He has a near-identical twin brother! And if that wasn’t impressive enough, he’s also fluent in Spanish.
If he could have any superpower, Jaxon would choose super speed—to wrap up work quickly and have more time for his hobbies!
