Terms

By doing business with Tech Legion, the Customer agrees to purchase Services for the prices and duration specified, subject to the terms of the Master Service Agreement (MSA) between the Customer and Tech Legion.

Authority and Warranty

The individual executing orders with Tech Legion warrants through their signature that they are duly authorized and possess the legal capacity to place orders on behalf of the Customer and to commit the Customer to the terms and costs described in this order.

Entire Agreement

Any order, including any attachments and the associated MSA, constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement between the parties concerning the Services ordered. No other agreements, representations, or warranties, whether oral or written, exist between the parties unless explicitly included in this document.

Acceptance of Order

Any order is not binding until it has been formally accepted in writing by an authorized Tech Legion officer designated to accept orders. Acceptance is contingent upon compliance with the terms as stipulated herein.

Acknowledgment of Terms

By signing any order, the Customer acknowledges that they have reviewed and consent to the terms contained in the attached MSA. The Customer agrees to be bound by these terms.

Costs Exclusions

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the costs specified in any order do not cover installation or warranty-related work.
